Forward-looking planning, effective management and extensive know-how – these requirements and many more have to be met for an ISO 9001 certification. The full-service communication agency Putz & Stingl was able to prove its quality management and was certified with the ISO standard.

The certification procedure provides for a comprehensive review of numerous company documents as well as a determination of conformity with regard to ISO 9001. This standard confirms the quality management of a company and thus forms the basis for the successful management of requirements in the areas of environment, occupational safety, quality and social responsibility, among others. Putz & Stingl sees the certification above all as an opportunity to provide quality-assured services for customers. “Our own quality standards have always been high. To have it confirmed in black and white now makes the whole team very proud,” says Gert Zaunbauer, CEO at Putz & Stingl, enthusiastically.

However, the ISO certification is not the first licence renewal for Putz & Stingl this year. The agency has already been a bearer of the Austrian Eco-label for years – now the recertification followed for another four years. This means that Putz & Stingl will continue to implement and officially license greener events in the future. In addition to green events, Putz & Stingl is also committed to a sustainable future in other areas. The main focus is on the use of digital technologies, correct waste separation and environmentally conscious marketing. In this way, the agency ensures a resource-saving and energy-efficient design of its daily work in the long term.
